Delivery and payments

Currently, we will only be shipping within the uk. We aim to add international shipping very soon but in the meantime for all international orders, please contact us via email at info@chicquehijaabz.co.uk to place an order.

Uk delivery can take upto 5 working days after dispatch and our handling times are 2-3 working days. All orders will be sent via a tracked postal service

We also provide an express shipping service which usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Handling times for express shipping are 1-2 working days.

All currency on this website is managed in gbp (£)

Deliveries can arrive Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and a signature may be required on receipt of the delivery. 3 attempts will be made by the courier to deliver the items. After 3 attempts, in the event of a none delivery, the items will be returned back to us. We will not be liable to cover the costs for re delivery

Express shipping will be posted out the next working day unless placed before 9am the same day, in which case it will be posted out on the same day. If you would like a guaranteed next day service or your order to be dispatched on the same day, please send us an email marked as ‘URGENT DELIVERY’ and we will let you know if we can accomodate.

We will only be posting out on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for both standard and express shipping options. This excludes bank holidays and any public holidays.

All customers will be required to provide a full valid address. Postage costs and options will be provided at the checkout. Once an order has been paid for, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled. If an order needs to be changed i.e the size, colour etc, you are welcome to email us. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will happily change your order.
