Image quality
All images and colours portrayed are as accurate and true to life as possible. However, on some occasions this may not be the case due to lighting and climate conditions and other factors out of our control.
None returnable items
In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no refund/exchange policy for jewellery, pins, brooches,headpieces, hijabs,niqabs, hijab caps or any other headwear. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, measurements and fabric compositions before placing your order. Cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or altered in any way. Sizes and colours cannot be changed. Please ensure you are happy with your order before before completing it.
Items out of stock
Although we make every effort to maintain our stock inventory, occasionally there may be times when an item indicated as in stock when you placed an order, may become out of stock. This can be due to fluctuations in sales and other factors out of our control. If the item in question is to be restocked, we will send all your items together and notify you via email. If however, the item is not going to be restocked, we will refund you for the out of stock item and post out your remaining order. You will be notified via email if this happens.
