Returns (exchanges and refunds)
At Chicque Hijaabz, we ensure that all items are of the highest standards and in perfect condition. If however you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please send the item(s) back in their original condition with our swing tags intact within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be sent back in their original packaging (gift bags, boxes or accessory bags),
A returns form must be filled it stating the reason for return and any other information. We will only respond to and process returns requested to us via the returns form. Any request sent via social media; i.e facebook, Instagram etc will not be valid
Items sent back must be unused, free from odours, unaltered and in a resaleabale condition. An exchange/refund may be refused if the item has been used,altered or damaged in any way and the items will be sent back to the customer. Any fees including postage costs for returning the damaged items(s) not in their original condition, must be paid (by the customer) prior to the item(s) in question being sent back to the customer.
When trying on any items, please ensure that you are not wearing on any perfume, deodarant or makeup that can leave marks or scents on the clothing.
Any items sent back after 14 days will be refused an exchange/refund and the items will be sent back to the customer. Any fees including postage costs for returning the damaged items(s) not in their original condition, must be paid (by the customer) prior to the item(s) in question being sent back to the customer.
Once your item has been recieved,it can take upto 7 days for an exchange/refund to be issued. Refunds are issued in order of them being recieved.
In the case where a full refund was requested, any complimentary or promotional items sent with the goods must be returned also, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the total of the refund that will be issued.
In the case where a refund was requested for an item that was sent via a free postage promotion, we will deduct the cost of the postage cost before refunding you for the itm
Chicque Hijaabz will not be liable for covering the costs of returning any items. All delivery costs including the cost of returning the new items to you (if an exchange was required) must be paid by the customer. We will also not reimburse the customer for the cost of return postage costs.
When returning items back to us, it is the duty of the customer to ensure that a tracked service is used as the items remain your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, please check the tracking supplied by the service you have used to find out if we have recieved your items. Chicque Hijaabz will not be responsible for sending emails on reciept of your returned goods.
In the event of an error on our part or a damaged item, we will reimburse the cost of returning the damaged items once a return has been authorised by us. Chicque Hijaabz will only cover the cost of shipping up to the value of the original postage initially paid for the damged product.
All requests for a refund/exchange for any unopened items must be made in accordance with the points mentioned in the section above. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the guidelines above have not been followed. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s) shall be returned to the customer after sufficient postage has been paid.
Clearance and sale items can only be exchanged. Return postage is the responsibiity of the customer.
